12 Years Ago on New Year's Day

Yesterday I went back to my old room and dug up a lot of things long thought lost.
This one in particular is left carefully entombed along with many things in the deepest layers of my desk drawer - my first bus ticket on New Years' Day in 1997 in Kuching. A good friend of mine and I went out to the city for a look around for the first time using the public transport.
Interesting to note that back then, the trip was only 50 cents. I wonder how much it would cost now?

Did you know that..
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish?
Kittens can will humans to provide them with shelter and food for as long as they like by just showing up at their doorstep?
*Cue dramatic Psycho music*
