new age technology

(showing your age Ian!)

the next generation BMW's ,
complete with it's joystick steering,
& keypad instruction for: fast/stop,
is highlighting security as a major feature..

it's reckoned that apart from a driver actually completing the BMW pilot/driver's course, the only people gifted enough to handle the new technology, will be those under the age of 5.

or is it.. "i am not a number..5 is alive" ?!

start senile old man's rant

Back in our days, we used to make our own toys out of stones and pass our time climbing trees and falling off it! And because electricity weren't invented yet to power our powertools, we used to fly kites all day just to wait for lightning to strike, so we could use our powerdrills for 2 seconds to cut our rocks to the desired shape. Most of the time the "toys" are shaped like a rock with a hole in it. Occasionally we go out hunting for dinosaurs but sometimes they hunt us......
